The NoSto Rec is sponsoring an OPEN GYM Basketball for all boys and girls in grades 9th through 12th, who are interested in preparing for the upcoming basketball season.  The OPEN GYM will be held at the Wheeler Gymatorium on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7:30 pm until 9:00 pm during the Month of November.  The first 45 minutes of each session will consist of conditioning skills, while the final 45 minutes will consist of team play.  All participants must be North Stonington residents.
